acest film este unul dintre cele mai bune filme a lui john ford. henry fonda a fost foarte intimidat sa joace rolul lui abraham lincoln. intro zi este chemat la audtie ,ford deja stiind de la agentul lui fonda ca acesta i este rusine sa joace rolul. fonda a venit cu machiajul pe el si in costumul de lincoln.ford sa uitat la el lung zicand- wat a fuck is this fucking thing you fucking idiot that you dont want to play lincoln...... !!!!! this is just a stupid young colage boy from springfield ...
